Baby Better Boy already setting fruit - is this OK?

I bought several different varieties of tomato plants at the nursery on March 20th and planted them in containers in my back yard. All are flowering, even though they are still small plants, maybe 14 to 20 inches tall on average.

I just noticed today that one of my Better Boys already has two tomatoes growing. One is about the size of a cranberry, the other about as big as a cherry. The plant is about 18 inches tall. Is it OK to let it grow tomatoes while it is so small? Is this going to stunt its growth or cause reduce yields later on?

This is only my third year to grow tomatoes, and the past two years I didn't get much fruit, and certainly not this early. I'm still very much a newb. I'm excited to see two tomatoes already, but I just want to make sure this early fruit set is not going to hurt my plants.
