Tomato seedlings - pot size?

I am growing tomatoes form seed for the first time. I stated them in six cell packs and transplanted them to 4"x4" pots when they had two sets of true leaves. I will be keeping them inside for another month, since our last frost date is May 31st. They currently are about 5 weeks old,, between 4"- 6" tall and 6-8" wide. Most are working on the fourth or fifth set of true leaves. They seem super healthy. What I am wondering is.............

Will I have to pot them up to larger sized pots before I plant them out?

They are in larger pots than the ones I have purchased from nurseries, but I think they will be quite a bit bigger than those. I do see some roots coming through the bottom of the pots now. I hadnt quite realized how large they would get in 10 weeks. If I need to order 25, 6 or 8 inch pots it would be nice to know now. Is there some sort of plant height to pots size ratio that will help?
