"TyTy's site is so absurd that it can be entertaining." It's like it should be an "herb" nursery, if you catch my drift. Before Garden Watchdog dropped them altogether, undoubtedly over threat of lawsuit as was said above, that watchdog site sent you to a statement if you clicked on TyTy's name. The statement said that certain sites were not listed but that you should contact the state's consumer affairs agency to inquire before ordering. I don't live extremely far away and someday when in the vicinity am going to drop by to see it with my own eyes.

dirtslinger, I did a search and I'm sorry to report that my suggestion has proved also fruitless. I had met Ms Hoag at "Canada Blooms", a large garden show that's held in the Toronto area for many years and seen her on TV and heard on many radio gardening shows so that my suggestion to enquire at her nursery was genuine in my belief she was still in business. Evidently, that's not the case any more. Sad! Still, I suggest you e-mail some of the larger nurseries in your area and ask them where or who might lead you to your plant.

Jeff-n-jessa. Pine Island always has a great selection and have sent out top-notch plants. If you ordered anytime this week, your plants would be shipped out the following Monday. Keep in mind that their policy is a minimum of two plants. A mango may fruit the following year or two. I'm in Ohio and I kept a mango and several other tropical fruits going in a spare bedroom. It's work and it will take some doing. I now have a greenhouse. The miracle fruit is something I would shy away from unless you have a greenhouse and can keep your humidity around 80%.
