Yellowing spoty cotyledons. Worry? No Worry?

I have my 5 healthiest tomato plants, Cherry tomatoes with yellowing spotty cotyledons. They are about 4 & 1/2 weeks old. Height 6-8 inches, width about 4-5 inches, thick strong stems with roots all over the sides of the clear plastic cups. They get about an average (due to crappy weather lately) of 5-8 hours of sunlight a day, enough water and now 2 shots of diluted fertilizer. Is the issue with the cotyledons a problem or normal? Comments, Seuggestions, Help welcome. =) Peace - Steve
