What would you put in your ultimate seed starting soil mix?

I wanted to make my own soil mix for seeds I haven't started yet and also for tomato plants in 1/2-1 gallon containers before being transplanted outdoors.

I'm thinking of using 1/2 peat moss, 1/8 perlite, 3/16 charcoal, 1/32 bonemeal, 1/32 greensand, 1/8 horticulture sand.

Plants will also be treated with mycorhyzzal mix and fertilized on compost tea or seaweed at one month and 6 weeks after seeds planted.

Any comments, suggestions on the soil mix or anything else?

Thanks
