Is my wax jambu sick?

Hello,

I planted my wax jambu tree in a container and some how the leaves are forming white greenish spots on them and then they eventually die. I spotted them last week on several of the leaves so I quickly plucked them out of the branch. However there are so many of them now and I do not know if it is a parasite, fungus, or is it an annual thing for the tree to lose their leaves. This is my first time planting a fruit tree and I really do not know what to do.

I also water the wax jambu tree once a week and I bought fruit tree fertilizer, so I just sprinkle a handful every month to feed it. In regards to bugs, I have been seeing a lot of spiders making webs on the leaves.
