I plan on coming to the Plant Swap. I've only been in Tennessee a year, so I don't have much other than seeds to swap. Also, the Knox plant swap web site registration appears to be malfunctioning. I just tried to register so I could post a list of what I can bring, and the site wouldn't let me -- after I checked the box attesting I was over 13 it went to a page telling me "that user name was already taken." I had not even entered a user name.

We've got a 4:00 wedding and a 6:00 graduation to hit Saturday plus Lavonne has a gem & bead show before that from 9:00-2:00! I hate that we're going to miss another one but we WILL get there eventually. Wow guys, Farragut Park is a sweet spot down on the river with Cowan Park flanking it! Make sure that somebody takes plenty of pictures. There is a house on Cheltenham right across from Lincolnshire (third house from the cul-de-sac) with a super kickin' yard & landscape!!! Remind everyone there to come to The Middle Tennessee Plant Swap two weeks later on the 17th. Obviously I haven't done it yet but hitting two swaps in two weeks would be pretty dang cool. How 'bout it Marianne and Doc? I know that you two have hit both before. The really serious swappers could actually make three swaps in FIVE weeks going to Memphis then Knoxville and finally to Chapel Hill! One of these days I'm gonna do just that. Ya'll have a great time!!!

Hey all, Well, it was just a fabulous swap! I'm a bit late posting, because my sweet momma has been in the hospital..long story...stomach virus, dehydration....she's doing great now...Thank you Lord! So I'm just getting back home to talk a bit. Thanks you Cheryl and Ed for being such wonderful hosts(Enjoyed those pics). Thanks to all who helped organize this very fun time. Walter and I really had a great time. I so enjoyed meeting everyone and gabbing. I brought home alot of new plants that everyone graciously shared... the poor things are hanging in there, being watered until I can get them in the ground. I hope in the next few days. They're looking very well. :)) Thank you everyone! Krikit, It sure was good to meet you and your sweet little momma. Tell her I said Hi and I hope she comes to the next swap. With all the activity on the our Swap Forum, I think this Fall Swap will be the biggest Fall Swap we have ever had! Many people that end up coming to the swap don't set up pretrades on the Swap Forum, but even if just the people that have posted so far came, it would still be a big success.
