Curled, deformed tomato leaves

Hi guys! I was wondering if you guys could identify the problem I'm having with my tomatoes. The leaves are severly curled inward and many of the new leaves are small, misshapen and "ruffled." They're planted in clay with plenty of cow manure and are getting full sun almost all day with the exception of a few hours in the afternoon. Was I a little overzealous with the manune maybe? I was told that the cow manure was fine and had been composting for about a year and a half. I've noticed that the compost still has quite a few tiny sawdust pieces. They were planted deeply because of the fact that they were so tall when I bought them. I'm wondering if they aren't drying out enough at the very bottom of the holes. They seem to be stunted and aren't growing vigorously. They are also falling over and some of the stems are bent (not broken) at the soil line. I'm really hoping this is a deficiency problem but I'm fearing it may be a disease. Can you help me out?
