Tomatoes: Aphids? Curly Top Virus? Phosphorous deficiency?

My tomatoes waiting to be transplanted looked pretty good last week but are starting to look bad - I have some left that I usually give away and I would like to know if this might just be "needing to be planted" phosphorous deficiency or some such thing, damage from aphids (which I think I have for sure) or if these have a disease and I shouldn't risk spreading it.

I've sprayed with Neem oil and will spray off any aphids I can find now. Any other suggestions?

Some are looking awful purplish yellow.
