Anyone growing Xanthosoma Sagittifolia in Tennessee?
I just got some Xanthosoma tubers and I was wandering if anyone has any luck growing and overwintering it in Tennessee. I planted them in a raised bed for drainage and I am going to cover them with leaves and a tarp for winter protection. I have read they are hardy to zone 7.
