First year trying SFG

Hi all,

I am new to the SFG method but like the theory. I am starting small this year and just added a 6x3 plot for veggies adjacent to one of my cottage gardens. Planted with zinnia seeds for cutting, 4 tomato plants, 6 jalapenos from seed, 1 bush cuke plant, 1 Santa rosa eggplant, Sugar baby watermelon, zucchini seeds, 4 different types of sweet peppers (1 each), Super Snappy peas, spinach seeds, mesclun/lettuce mix seeds, and marigolds from seed. We'll see how it all works out. I don't have any expectations for this year as it is more of an experiment, but it was fun to plan and plant, so at this point only time will tell ! Last year I had some tomato plants that were decimated by stinkbugs, so like I said, no expectations equals no letdowns. Will post pics later in the season if everything does OK :)

Thanks for reading,

Amy
