Hi everyone,
I wanted to post that I got my box from Deb on the March swap, but it's maxed out to 150 posts, so I will post it here for now...
I wanted to let you all know about the awesome box I got from Deb. I had so much fun going through it, I felt like it was my birthday or something! :-) Here's what was inside...

Jiffy pots (perfect timing because I just got a buch of new tropical seeds in another trade. Can't wait to start sowing!!)
Super cute bird house plant stake.
Daffodil Salome bulbs (can I plant these in the spring or should I wait until fall?)
Girlfriends every day thoughts calendar (sweet)
bookmark (can't have too many of these, I read all the time)
Garden hanging decoration (very pretty!!)
Robin garden decoration (My new garden critter)
Seeds (I'll have to look some of these up):
Columbine single red, yellow marguerite, fuschia astilbe, orange poppies, zinnias, orange butterfly weed, sweet william, annual cut flower mixture, 4 o'clocks, love lies bleeding, anise hyssop.

Count me in for the April swap for sure...I can't wait to start trading plants again!!!

Hi All, Not much going one here, just work, cleaning, etc. boring stuff. It will be exciting this week though. I'm going to a beer tasting/education on Tues. I have a web site meeting on Thurs. On Friday I'm going to Gardenscape which is the Rochester garden show I attend every year. It is a really nice one! I will also be working it too for the Rock Garden Society. Dottie, Congrats on the grandson! Lol, about getting over excited about the sprouts. Lettuce, broccoli family plants, and violas are very tough and can handle light freezes when they are babies. So you can take the lids off, but if it is going to dip really low like you said, you will need to re-cap them. Marie, I'm glad to hear of the good news!! Do we all have the wrong address now? lol. Your bloom is gorgeous! 4 years, you are a patient woman. Jeanne, Are those pics of flowers blooming now with your garden critters? If so I'm very jealous! Here's my stab at Carol's questions. 1. I have a statue overlooking my garden what is it ? gargoyle - I have one out front for Gary so I'll guess the same 2. I have several statues and faces of my favorite animal in my gardens what is it any how many do I have ? Wolves 10 3. my no tresspassing sign says violaters will be shot, survivors will be _____ ______? Shot Again 4. a critter climbs my fence and eats my cat food every night. what is it ? Raccoon 5. Wow! Did I ever receive a box from Sue! It was worth the wait! I don't even know where to start on my favorite things as I loved it all! You did an outstanding job of spring and purple things! Rec'd: Large bag of tulips purpled with pride blend Large dinnerplate dahlia bag of Sparaxis bulbs bag of freesia bulbs poppy grow kit garden rock with purple flowers and lady bug on it beautiful spring sign done in pastels hand rake-needed this, can't find my other one purple garden gloves black cherry candle-love the scent purple water bottle small mini fan solar dancing bee-nurses at hospital have these sitting on their station desk and I loved them, had never seen them before, so was excited to see one! frog and snail pot holders package of jobe's fertilizer spikes slinky in purples and pastel colors-very fun absolutely beautiful gem stones polished and ready for necklaces-LOVE these and pair of earrings made with polished rock-gorgeous!!! Nicole, I received your email yesterday about your plate prize being chipped. Sent you an email back yesterday. In case you did not get my email, please hold on to the shipping receipt, box and shipping material. Please accept my sincere apologies for not posting earlier thatn this what you had sent to me. Life has been rather hectic the past few days.

Ceramic leaf with a ceramic butterfly on it-the butterfly has a tiny hole in it into which you put sticks of incense-there were incense sticks with it, too--DARling!

Ladybug that you put on the edge of a pot-I LOVE it!
Numerous seeds-shasta daisies, goblin gaillardia, marigolds, bi-colored black-eyes susans, chinese lanterns, petunia mix, lamb's ear, and 4 o'clocks. A very nice variety!
Roosting pocket for the birds in the shape of an acorn. Amy, I have been eyeing these for this spring but had not purchased one, as yet. THANK you!

Hubby is headed to Morton, MN, today for another week of classes. JackPot Junction! I couldn't go this time due to work. But that may change in a year or so. :)

Thanks for the birthday wishes, Margaret. I had a wonderful day! Just me and my husband and the pets but Mother Nature treated me nicely, too - a beautiful sunny day with a nice breeze and all the spring flowers are in bloom. Even the days of rain that came before were a blessing - less pollen in the air than usual and the plants are sprouting up and growing like crazy.

The rain was a rare treat but the 'bounty' was becoming a bit wearisome.... Glad for some sunshine to enjoy all of the GREEEENNNN!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful box : ) Wow - I love all the seeds that you sent!

10 packages - poppys, cleome, cosmos, morning glorys, celosia & cosmos
2 boxes - Impatiens and Wildflower mix
All the seeds are great as my new place needs help bad - lots of weeds :( These will help so much with that.

Gail also send:
2 very pretty plant hooks - these are perfect for hanging bird houses from my tree's
A cute little pottery frog that you fill with water to help water plants
A 'wipe your paws' puppy plaque/stepping stone
And.... A RAIN GAUGE! I love the little birds on it. I was just looking for one and this one is perfect!

Oh, all of this came with a red cloth type shopping bag - thanks! My sister has been after me to get on, instead of always using the plastic ones at the store LOL
