Wondering if my soil mix needs fertilizing?

This is my first year doing SFG so I've had a frantic few weeks or so of building beds and searching for the soil mix components so that I could get some early spring crops in. I had a really hard time finding different varieties of compost (we don't have our own compost pile) so I finally settled for half composted cow manure and half humus for the compost component- found the coarse vermiculite and peat moss. Now I'm wondering if the soil mix will provide enough nutrients for the things I've planted (peas, spinach and lettuce) and plan to plant in future (carrots, tomatoes, squash, bush beans). I'd appreciate input on this from more experienced SF gardeners. Thanks.
