Phlomis Tuberosa (Jerusalem Sage)

Hi, everyone. I have a phlomis tuberosa (the pink flowering one), that I grew from winter sowing. I've had it in a pot all summer, and now winter is closing in. Is it hardy enough to stay in the pot outside? I think it may be too late to plant it now. If so, can I bring it inside and let it go dormant since it's a tuberous plant?

Does anyone have experience with this plant? I love the foliage. It hasn't bloomed yet for me. I'm hoping the butterflies will like the blooms.
