I dont think its a technical error, on the member page, there is a link called edit your exchange lists I think she copied that link by mistake. try that link above it should do the same thing. Evidently the folks who have posted to the thread, have not used the link (or been concerned by it) and instead clicked instead on her My page as most folks do anyway.
