Well... Now that Spike has sold the site to iVillage, there might be some other unknown-to-us criteria or threshold that the new owners have in order to start up new forums or side-forums from a main one (like a "Conversations", "Gallery", "Exchange", etc). Guess we'll have to see. I'm still amazed at how this site has grown over the years since I started lurking and posting around '98 - '99 and finally joining when the option became available in 2001. Incredible!

I'd like more. Some people know how to post a photo right in their message but I use the galleries and sometimes the phots drop off and you have to reposts them which means someone elses photo drops off to make room for yours haha

Patricia, I think you're talking about Brutuses? I would very much like her to be able to see the threads too. But is she on dialup? Is that the problem? I know she's been able to see them fine prior to now as she's been commenting on them. I've also noticed that the forum is funky at some times and fine at others, and we know they've been working on it, so I'm wondering if that's a factor as well, and a temporary one. The reason I'm not just saying "sure" is because my concern then is that the Part I will be drifting around the corner and getting lost or even disappearing altogether sooner if I do that. Plus, people are likely to miss smany good pics not knowing there is another thread, and thinking they've seen all there is to see. I have a ton of hours of work in these, as I'm sure you can guess, and I really want them to serve the community well. So I'm just not sure which is the best way to go. Perhaps some others can speak up on this and let me know if that's a problem for them too? BTW, I just finished putting more in the Cottage Decor thread (before I read your post), for those who are interested.
