There are many other great pictures that have been posted here by several folks though. I just wanted to show how green and delicious they looked. I think the right spelling is soissons vert. I am showing the pods as it took me a little figuring on when is the best stage to pick them. A week ago, the input of those who participated was compiled and resulted in this Proposal for a 'Legumes' Forum.
