SARAH: No, Not really.I know I had between 10 and 15 the first of last year, most being Stella D Ore's, Pardon Me, and Little Wart. I use to spend my days looking at pictures of gorgeous daylilies,and wishing I could afford to buy me some of them.Way back then, before my oldest daughter bought me a computer and a "COMPUTERS FOR DUMMIES" book to study and learn how to use a computer,I thought all daylilies was these ditch lilies,and not really pretty.After I learned how to use the pc,and found the forum,I knew they have some real beauties out there, and I use to just daydream of having just a few of them.My dreams came true last year when most of my daylilies was given to me as a gift.I am very thankful for the friends that chose to share theirs with me. RITA: That SPACECOAST STARBURST just sparkles.Its truely a beauty.PEARLFISHER PINK is so delicate looking to me. A very pretty shade of pink.MAYBELINE EYES wa just a tad darker, the eye, just a little bit darker,and that hot sun faded it just a little.Still gorgeous, anyway. MICHELLE: Thank you for such a nice comment.I DO try to take good photos to match every one else here.Every one always has such gorgeous pictures,and I try so hard to get some decent ones, too. KAY: yes,I have blooms every where.My street out front is pretty busy in the evening this time of year with people walking up and down the street,and alot of t hem, when I am out in the yard, stop to compliment the yard, how pretty it is.One of my daughters told a neighbor of mine that my yard is looking like a jungle to her,and my neighbor told h er well if it does, its the prettest jungle hes ever seen.She don't have hardly any flowers in her yard.She got disgusted with the deer eating up everything she planted and quit having any flowers. Thank you all for looking and commenting. I have had Texas Carnival Dance for about three years I think. It is in a decent spot and the blooms are always open nicely and early, but had not been this large, and it had never been this tall before. I am hoping it is the new normal as was the case for Emerald Starburst after it rebloomed last year. Maryl, I had to come in and rest today after less than an hour because I am grooming plants and bending over isn't easy, but I will finish it in a bit, and then groom some more. I don't know about Asparagus beetle since this is my first year with the asparagus. Nancy, working out there is my best medicine. Admittedly, even though I gripe all the time, having a few plants in blooms is uplifting too, and encourages you to keep on working and it is great for the soul as Celeste says. Thanks, Lori.
