I love the color of Apricot Nectar. I wish she opened more slowly. One day in my climate with that glorious bud.

Thank you Debra. Julia; You must get farther on the uploading then I do.mine never starts to upload,I could handle slow if I had to,I just want it to start doing some thing.No problems last year at all,and I about gave up with the drop way, too, yesterday evening. LINDA;Thank you, the photo of Ebb Tide is much lighter in color then it really is, for some reason.Its a very dark purple rose,and will be until hot summer gets here, then it shows more redish color in hot weather. Betsy;Its a very dark red,,magenta color,,no firetruck red :) This new one "Cool It" had another bloom today and it has a slight yellow tint to it and about 4 inch bloom.Pretty,I think. Thanks for the comments, Jean

The pictures above show that you are getting some great uses out of that Glass too! I have only one L-Lens so far and I love my.(300mm f4 IS) I would bet that it will be around when the camera I have is gone(20D) even if it is new. I will more then likely add to that next year or so..... don't know which one yet. I like both the ones you used above. HEHE (70-200mm f2.8 IS) would be nice.... I would have to save a little lunch money for that one! john

well,I have a few grenada blooming and a few A N blooming,and have some Glowing Peace blooming nice too,but they are so high I can't get a picture of them.I think I will have more blooms soon,but BS has the bushes looking horrible.I haven't been able to spray them in nearly a month,for the rain.Leaves don't get dried out till its raining again.

Pretty roses Jean! Don't you just love that APRICOT NECTAR? I've been really enjoying mine, but it tends to want to grow low and laterally. But oh those big fat blooms!! Yummy!

Lovely Jean, thank you. I have to try Angel Face again. She did not do well for me, but I think I could look after her better now. I love the purples and their fragrances, but do not have nearly enough! Thanks for showing!

Granda looks so lovely in your pictures. If I may answer the question about fragrance, Granada won the James Alexander Gamble award (like Chrysler Imperial and Tiffany) which is given for fragrance. Not that many roses have won this award so it's not like it's given out freely. How is Granada doing with the B.S. Jean? I can tell you that with the rain and the heat, it's been hard to find the right time to spray.
