hi there, i was given a "beaver dam" pepper to try, and really liked it. nice combo of sweet along with a bit of heat. my question is---can i dry those seeds after cutting the pepper off and dry the seeds for planting in open air. any suggestions how to dry these. she said there was only a few pods on the plant, and i don't know if i'll get my dirty paws on another pod. i'm hoping so. sure would like having a few next year---thanks---bob

Just air dry them on a plastic plate and store cool and dry for next year. Maybe if she won't part with a pod she will save you the seeds.
