Name this pink rose please

I picked these rose that grow in the alley, they are very fragrant, they don't bloom a lot but that could be because no-one really takes good care of them, please let me know what rose this is.

Looks like maybe Mdme Isaac Perriere or maybe Yves Piaget

I would recommend Gertrude Jekyll for colder zones. It is very hardy. I don't have too much trouble with blackspot in my no spray zone 5a garden although Lady Emma Hamilton sure gets some. Mary Rose is also good. Rugosa roses such as Pierette Pavement or Foxy Pavement are another alternative. Hardy Buck roses like Earth Song or Country Dancer are also hardy and disease resistant but, like rugosas, do not have old fashioned bloom form. Easy Elegance roses are also disease resistant.

looks like iceberg to me too, should be more white as the weather heats up, the pink on it usually shows up in cooler weather. And if it is, then yes it will be covered in flowers sooner or later, mine haven't put on their show yet this year.

It looks to me like New Dawn or Dr. W. Van Fleet. The flowers on these two roses are identical (one being a mutation of the other). New Dawn reblooms throughout the season, and Dr. W. Van Fleet blooms only once in the late spring. This is a particularly good illustration of how you get more flowers from a rose if you train it horizontally. Where did you find this photo? Connie

um, I am hopeless at rose id....but this looks awfully like a setigera hybrid (I have Tolstoi and Baltimore Belle) - the balling, the shape of leaves and petals.........although would expect someone to chime in with a more educated guess, especially since the setigeras tend to climb.....a lot.

There's no way for me to tell at the moment (need more specifics like scent, height, leave color) but I have a pink peace I picked right beside me now that looks oddly like yours right now...hope you find your answer :)

I don't think this rose is anything that special.... what I mean is it's growing in the back alley and was probably just bought at a Home Depot, It is planted next to 3 other roses that are just common roses, one of them is Summer Kiss. It's an apartment rose, the other roses aren't anythig special... just plain roses. This is the only one with a strong fragrance. I will take a picture of the bush/leaves on the bush...
