Sauce Thickeners

We have made some Habanero hot sauce, and it is rather thin. We would like to thicken it a little, without adding any flavors. We have looked at starch, (adds a flavor), xanthum gum, (artificial), and guar gum, (can be slimy). Does anyone here thicken their sauces, and if so what do you use?? We need a hint here on which way to go. Thanks in advance.
