My Bee's Knees doesn't have any blooms at the moment, but it's the first full year in the ground (I've had it two years), and I've won Mini King with it this year, and it's taken over it's little territory. It's resting between blooms, I'll check it might have buds now. One to buy, for sure.
I spray everything 'cause I exhibit. It's about 2' tall x 1.5' wide at the moment. I don't have a picture, I'll have to take one the next time it blooms.
I have 2 Bees Knees. One is on fortuniana and the other ownroot. Erin Alonso is a sport of Bees Knees. It is totally yellow. If you end up liking Bees Knees, then try Erin Alonso. I love both mini's.
Wow!! I love the photo of Bee's Knees! I just bought a little start. I can hardly wait for it to mature. Reminds my of my childhood favorate, Peace!
I had Cupcake a few years ago. It is perfectly names, as the color is just like pink frosting. Good little rose with lots of blooms. I had to spray religiously to fend off the Blackspot, though. But I live in Blackspot country and could only give this rose 4 to 5 hours of sun daily. So all things considered, I forgive her. ;)
