Can you process jars after a week?

I am new to canning pickled peppers. I somehow spaced on processing when I was done filling jars. They are all sealed properly, but botulism is sooo scary. Do I need to reboil contents and process with new lids? Will they be any good if I do? I'm betting they'll be mushy and not crisp :(
Any advice is appreciated!
