Among Italian fryers I would recommend Giant Marconi. It has large fruit and is quick to mature. Because the fruit are so large they may not be really prolific though. It grows a lot better for me than Marconi Rosso, probably because it is a hybrid while M. Rosso is open-pollinated. In our mild climate the hybrid vigor makes a difference.

Some other bull-horn types I'm growing are Carmen, Atris and Palladio. I got them from Totally Tomatoes. This is my first year with these three hybrids. They appear to be larger-fruited and earlier than the open-pollinated Corno Di Toro, which I am growing for the second time.

Some other sweet peppers that come to mind are Gypsy, which I think may be a cubanelle type and various Italian sweet frying types. If you're not burnt-out on Cubanelles try Key West. It has done fantastic for me this year. Large, prolific and early fruit.

Since you are looking for "sweet" peppers I guess you're not too interested in Poblanos? The ones I grow really have little to no heat if I pick them full-size, but still "immature", which is fine with me.

Sweet banana peppers. I bought my first banana this year & am really impressed with productivity. I normally prefer peppers that have a little heat for stuffing (poblano & Anaheim), but now that I have a selection of sweet/hot peppers for stuffing, now the whole family (namely the 11-yr. old) can enjoy stuffed peppers.

Okie-doke - I will recommend Ancho Magnifico based on just one year's trial. Also Ancho San Martin and Giant Ancho have done well. All three are hybrids and are far out-performing the open-pollinated, generic 'Ancho/Poblano' here.

Beleive it or not I am not a hybrid seed salesman ;-), I just see far better results on some of these hybrid peppers, here in my garden. Seed may be more expensive but at least I get some results and that's really what I'm after!

Red Marconi is a big sweet pepper. As long as you feed it well, it will
produce a lot of peppers. It's also a heirloom. I believe Giant Marconi
and Gypsy is a hybrid. Peppers like a lot of phophorus. Next year
the sweet pepper I will be planting is Red Marconi, Golden Marconi (new
for me), Cubanelle (also new for me) Jimmy Nardello's, not a stuffing
pepper, but sweet excellent flavor, Tolli's Sweet Italian (new to me) and
whatever I get from trades.

I have a Corno Di Toro plant, but it hasn't produced one single fruit. It's grown over 5 feet tall, and has probably pumped out over 50 flowers, but .... nothing. Could just be luck of the draw, I guess. Here's a pic of my useless Corno taking up valuable deck space:

Something you might try would be the Godfather, sold by Burpee. It's an Italian sweet pepper with a nice rich taste. Not very prolific (possibly due to rain conditions here), but they grow HUGE and are just begging to be stuffed. This one is 9.5" long and about to be stuffed with meat and cheese:

PS, the plant to the right of the Useless Corno Di NoPods is a Numex Big Jim. It meets all of your criteria - prolific, stuffable, low heat, non-bell. I haven't totally fallen in love with the flavor yet, so I'm not recommending it per se as much as just noting that it might fit your needs. I think the Godfather is a better choice in that category.

I would agree that the Red Marconi would be what you are looking for. I love the flavor of Big Jim's, so I would vote for them also!

I eat my Stuffed Cubanelles and Feher Ozon Paprikas and they both were very good. I actually liked the flavor of the stuffed Feher Ozon Paprika a little better and they are a nice size and very prolific pepper that will stay on my grow list.
