propagating wall germander (teucrium chamaedrys)

Well, I must be losing my mind b/c I could have sworn that I posted this question this morning, but I don't see it now. I recently fell in love with wall germander at the St. Louis botanical garden. I would like to use a lot of it next spring to make a low growing "hedge" border. Would it be worth ordering a plant now and taking cuttings? If so, can someone let me know the best method? I have flourescent lights, but would love advice on whether or not to cover with plastic, using rooting hormone, how much light, etc. Thanks in advance for any advice!
