rooting cuttings in plastic bags - need advice

Ok, I've taken cuttings from my parents yard of hydrangeas, spireas, wegelias, figs, etc. I dipped the ends in rooting hormone, put it in a small pot with a mixture of potting soil, sand and vermiculite. I just checked today and I have about 25 plants that have rooted. NOW, do I just take them out of the bags or do I need to open the bag a little everyday for them to adjust, or just what do I do? Any help is greatly appreciated. Joe
