I think I know what this is...how do I make more?

I think this is a dracaena...no tag when purchased at HD.

I want to make a few plants out of the 3 in this pot. What's the best way to do this? Can they be snipped and set in water to root?

Here is a link that might be useful: new plant

Maja, I haven't tried them in water. I take off the lower leaves, put the stem in rooting hormone, and then put them in the ground. I'm in central Florida and I have sandy soil. If it's a very sunny area, I'll water the plants daily for at least a couple of weeks. This is one of my favorite plants.
I just started some 2 weeks ago.

the way lynne described is probably the best way. you can cut the whole top out of the plant and cut it into three inch sections. it should root and put out new growth. the 'trunk' from the mother plant should send out side growths too. just make sure you remember which way is 'up' when you pot the cuttings.
