Did Andrew get his Bill Moragne?
Comments (6)Hi Mona, No I did not. I am actually hoding out for now. i am going to be leaving for FL in a few weeks so I really want to hold on to the money in my "plumeria spending account". I am hoping to find a really nice one down there, or a E.T. Thorton Lemondrop. Andrew...See MoreKevin's Red
Comments (25)Roxanne, here's the one I have that I can't identify. Was supposed to be Pop's. Redder than the pics, spicy scent. Pic is from last year. I put my mismatched socks on its tips early this year when it got so cold, but it still got a couple of black tips. This jumps out from across the yard, stands out from even my darkest pinks. Still waiting for an inflo, though, this year....See MoreMoragne 93
Comments (14)When I hear stories like that I'm glad I don't have any cats around. My little doggie seems to keep away from any of my plants. Sometimes she'll dig a hole and bury her treats but never near any plants. I guess I'm lucky. Ok, so today I went to HD again. I came home with another Plumeria plant. I'm going to leave this one alone and let it do it's own thing. I also bought two Hibiscus plants. I'm going to keep those in pots so I can move them around the yard with the sun. Then I bought a Arabian Jasmine. From what I've read on the internet it is basically a Hawaiian Pikake. The tag said "Full Sun to Partial Shade". Everything I've read on the internet says not to plant in full sun. Now I'm debating if I should just put that one in a pot also. I'm having a hard time figuring out where to plant things. It seems most areas in my yard are either hot sun or all shade. Bill, Chelsea is darling. I can't believe she can be a flower eater! She looks so innocent!...See MoreJeannie Moragne and Jeannie Moragne Jr.
Comments (6)JP, I believe Jeannie is the more familiar, fiery pink/orange while Jean is the more rose-colored bloom that opens very slowly, keeping a shell shape. Jean is tough to find, from what I can tell. IIRC, Jean was Bill M.'s wife and Jeannie his daughter-in-law....See Moregeorgecc
