Pest Help Identification and treatment

Hey guys, I'm never buying live plants again. Seeds for me from now on. Anyway I have pictures. They seem to be hatching and growing bigger, I thing whatever they are they are babies. It looks like they hatch from clusters whenever new flower form. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Anyway, I was wondering is I should remove these plants or maybe there is a kind of treatment that won't make my plants toxic. Thanks a lot.

These are Chileplants.com plants that were picked up on location. No shipping stress. they looked perfect for a few days and then one moring, BAM! bunches of them near all my flowers

Aphids.Common problem. You can treat the plants with a soap spray or just flush them off with water. You will need to repeat this. I only have trouble with aphids when the plants are inside. Outside natural predators keep them in check

Aphids. if they have been outside they could have come from anywhere. The plus is that if you ever buy live plants again you will look them over really well before buying them. many different treatments.
neem oil.
pyrethrum spray.
Ladybugs.->Ladybugs eat them like candy.
you can just squish them also. not to effective but you feel better.

I have seen cane borers. Would earwings eat (or live in the holes left by) cane borers? Would cane borers be in lilacs, hydrangeas, and forsythias? I have been doing some googling, and it seems like a bark application of either imidacloprid next spring, or dinotefuran now (or next spring), both mixed with pentra-bark, would kill all the possible problem insects AND be safe for my CATS (both are used in topical flea control for cats, so it seems like it would be relatively safe). In addition to some heavy pruning back next spring (reluctantly, but I know it's necessary) is this the best option for killing all possible wood borers plus the earwigs hiding in their holes? AND SAFE FOR MY CATS? Then what would be the best option for spraying around the foundation of the house to keep the earwigs out of the house that would be safe for the cats once it is dried? Would it be unsafe to let the cats out if it rains days after the application, would re-wetting cause it to be a problem? Is there anything for killing borers and earwigs that is recommended higher for use in areas where cat toxicity is a concern?

Aphids, cabbage aphids in particular. Most of us deal with aphids with a strong spray of plain water directed to the underside of the leaves. The object is to knock them off, not tatter the leaves. Repeat the treatment every week or so until you see that the population has been controlled. Aphids are attacked by numerous predators and parasites which will help you keep the population down.

I'm not sure. It kinda looks like leaf miners and it kinda looks like red spider mite damage (check the underside of the leaf for tiny webs or the mites).

nah they were inside because i got them way before may 10th and im in NJ.They were inside under lights in perfect conditions so I guess that's why. I bet they have lady bugs at the greenhouse i got them at so im sure they don't have much of a problem. I put them outside and it does seem they are much less Rampant. I will try to find some native ladybugs ( anyone have an idea for finding them in Central Njersey?) I don't mind repeating any treatments, I just want to be able to eat my peppers! lol THanks and if anyone has any links for soap preparations or anything that would be nice! I really appreciate the quick help! I know aphids are really common so IM sorry to bother you guys, but i figure this forum can be a little slow too so!

wal-mart, rona, home depot, all would have the soap sprays in the plant section. look for one that says it kills aphids. follow directions on bottle.

Cheap dishsoap (NOT Antibacterial or concentrated) or baby/horse/castile shampoo Mix 1 tbsp in a gal of water.

Last year is the only year I ever experienced aphids. They were on the plants in my greenhouse.
I red pepper powder to make a red hot pepper soultion mixed w/ a low concentration of soapy water to help bind the pepper to the plants. Aphids turned from green to tan/brown in hours. Worked great.
