does anyone know about Puta Tree pepper?

Hi,

I picked up pepper variety called Puta Tree from local retail store last year. I've never seen/heard of this variety before. The reason I was interested in it was because it suppose to be perennial. It also stated that the crop during 2nd year [and onward] supposed to be heavy.

It's about 3 1/2' tall. It produced lots of pepper last (first) year. They are similar to Thai chilli pepper. They are hotter than Jalepeno.

It has survived winter in my backyard (with some branches wilting/dying turning brown) in N. California. Hopefully, it will come back full strength during spring/summer.

I can't find any information on this variety on web.

Questions:

+ Has anyone tried this pepper variety?

+ If so, can you please share some information (on growing, fertilizer, sun requirement, etc.) about this plant?

Thanks.
