I didn't get a response from K - and last I spoke to her, she was pretty much out of stock. However, another grower is reducing inventory, and is on Craigslist regularly. Those of you who go to Kobey's swap meet would recognize Doug Jones. I've been to his growing grounds several times - what you see is what blooms for you and the plants are acclimated (no greenhouse). No mail order. His 'Linda Gail" reminds me of 'Pink Pansy' - only twice the size. Hello, I'm a student from Horticulture student from Delware Valley University, so not too far from central jersey. I visited Hawaii this summer and the aromatic smell of the plumaria trees is amazing. I was wondering if your had a distinct and strong smell or not as I've been to so exotic plant shops and non of the them seem to have a smell to the flowers. I would would be interested in purchasing a cutting of the plumaria or two if they are different colored varieties, if they are a fragrant variety. As I can't afford a beautiful $350 plant on a students income.
