Bhut Jolokia growing in AZ, strong but...

Ok I know there are many reasons for flower drop but my plant is now more than 1 year old and over 5 feet tall. It's just huge and those little white flowers keep coming in wave after wave and dropping off :(

temp is not too hot yet and it lives indoors at night so it is not too cold. I stopped fertilizing a while ago and it did not negatively impact flower production so not too much nitrogen. Watering 1 to times a week... in a gigantic pot... when it is inside the plant sits next to a 8 foot wide sliding glass door. I pollinize the plant myself with a small paintbrush. Also, I regularly mist the plant because of the low humidity here. What could be the problem... does AZ water have too many minerals? Please help, she's huge but no fruit?!?

Flower drop probable causes:

1. Day temp too high >95F

2. Night temp too low 3. Too much nitrogen fertilizer

4. Too much water

5. Low light levels (reduces fertility).

6. Very low humidity (reduces fertility)

7. Poor air circulation (air circulation contributes to pollination).

8. Lack of pollinating insects.

9. Size of pot

  1. Too much mineral in feedwater.
  2. Too much grower attention
