please help identify hot pepper

Hi,

I'm trying to help a friend identify this pepper. Any ideas, comments appreciated. Thanks, Sally

Here's his description:

Light green pepper about four inches long. Spicy but more flavor like a cherry bomb. Heat similar to jalapeno perhaps a bit hotter. Had a bump in the middle like a snake after dinner. Purchased last year at the farmers market in st. paul, minnesota....really want to grow.
