I rarely write comment online. But, please DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order about a month ago. 5 items came. I received an email that 2 items are in backordered, still haven't received them. They keep changing the date. Now, I am chasing back for an item that I placed, but the customer service said I had never placed the item, instead they told me I placed something else which is out of stock. I told them I never placed that item, and I have the original order which was sent to my email. No supervisor available. Everytime I called, I am talked on the phone for an hour and a simple problem is not sloved. All I need is to have money ($15.98) back to my creditcard for the items out of stock. Not asking for more. Very very frustrated!!!

I just purchased 2 pop up enclosures, and a couple other items from LiveMonarch this summer. The order came very quickly, was 100% intact, and it included a little bag of milkweed seeds. Kind of dumb though, they didn't label the seeds and I don't know know what species they are (probably Asclepias curassavica). I love the pop ups (bought the small and large size) - especially the smaller one - it's 12 inches square. I started putting the Monarch chrysalises that were darkening in this one so they could eclose separately from the other chrysalises and cats. I'm also thinking about over-wintering my Black Swallowtails chrysalises in the small pop up. I've ordered Plumerias online or by phone, to be shipped MANY times. My personal favorites are; Jungle Jacks, Bradsbudsnblooms, Teas( sadly, they are no longer in business)Matt at one stop aloha on Ebay, and Maui Gardens. Maui Gardens prices are steep, rarely order from them anymore. JJ sends the largest, healthiest plants of any of them, but shipping is high if you have them shipped in pot but in my opinion, worth the price. You get a small tree, not a cutting. The only downside is John is busy and you will often have to wait to find out about availability, and get your order squared away. Better to call him than email him. BBnB has a lot of varieties and they are very nice to work with. Their rooted cuttings are large and often multi tipped, just make sure you call or email them first, tell them what you want and ask how many tips, size, etc. If you do that, they are great. Matt's plants are usually small, but they are very healthy and I have never lost one. He always describes how many tips, and height and you can get good deals from him on Ebay if you don't get into a bidding war early and wait until near the end of the auctions to bid. He's also very nice to deal with. Florida Colors I will buy cuttings but not rooted plants because they graft EVERYTHING that is rooted, why I don't know because it's easy to root most Plumerias in FL. I don't care for grafted unless it's absolutely necessary and can never figure out why they don't just root them.

despite what Smoke has said( Smoke is a very knowledgable guy so this by no means is knocking him) but i have bought seedlings from him. and go check out thehotpepper.com they have a marketplace for seeds and you might find some Butch T seeds for free or trade. i live 15 min from Jim@ refiningfire chilis. i guess he has a bad rap here for violating site rules. so i personally had a good experience with him. but all in all it is your choice. i have had lots of good luck trading on the other forum. good luck Eric
