can I train my queen palm to grow straight

Gang

I planted a queen palm yesterday. It's about 10-12' tall and has a nice thick trunk for it's height. The trunk is straight but the area just below where the fronds come out is leaning 10 degrees or more. This seems to be the reason the fronds are tilting to one side. The lower fronds have been cut off leaving just a few at the top so maybe if the other side would fill in a bit I would not notice it as much. My question is can I put a rope looped thru a hose on the base of the fronds and apply a little tension to train the palm to come back the other way at the top?

Thanks
