Else I would not know, but if you could place a picture of how they look like, that might help more expert people...

That is great to hear John. I reckon everyone knows she is one of my favorite roses :) Those look great Mike! Strangely enough.... I was as pleased with the foliage as I was with the blooms. That foliage looks wonderful. Foliage is one of the best features of Lucy in my opinion. Now for the really strange news, I haven't uploaded any new pics of Lucy so far this year. I'll get to it asap. There are just so many good pics of her in her album: Lucille Ball Photos Most of the ones I have had time to upload were to a new album: Yard Photos Come to think of it.... there are some of her being overgrown by our monster Heirloom in that album :) Those links open a new browser. By the way, my photos won't link here anyway.... since the upgrade a few months ago. Wonder if they are trying to tell me something???

Oceanna! DogGone you! Do you know how long I spent looking at all those wonderful pics? Gads.....laundry didn't get done and family had grilled cheese sammiches and chilled canned peaches instead of spaghetti and strawberry shortcake! LOL I consider myself pretty innovative and can usually create something out of not much when the need arises (lack of funds which is almost always the case.lol) but this? Ohhh, I don't know. I think I'd be out of my league....wiring? And heck, I can't even come up with decent coordinating paint colors much less come up with pieces that would come close to being coordinated enough to be presentable. The colors in the Teapot Chandy are dulled... an Old World look. It's a wonderful piece and she paid a pretty penny for it originally at a one-of-a-kind foo-foo boutique. I was taking a long-shot...you know how something gets popular and then you start seeing it in all the big-box stores? I was kinda hoping this Teapot Chandy had become popular enough that someone would have something like it, only a smaller scale. Hi Annz! Oh, the chandy in the link you posted is my cuppa tea....Love it! It's more what I would pick...the color and the fact it doesn't have the large teapot in the center. Of course, seeing the MySimon link had me adding other search words for Chandys and before I knew it, I got lost in the 'pages' of the most beautiful Chandys. LOL I hadn't even thought of having it reworked by lamps/lighting shop. But I think I'll call around today first. I'd hate to plunk down the $$$ on the CL Chandy only to find out making it into a smaller scale will cost me more than the Chandy....but a great idea I hadn't thought of so Thank you!

I've dabbled off and on with the flashlight addiction thing, usually checking in every few years to see if tech has progressed enough to make any further purchases worthwhile. Lately it has (my last non-recent flashlight purchase was an 860 lumen Fenix TK35 in probably 2011 or so). Now that there seem to have been big leaps again, I'm thinking about the different uses I actually have for a flashlight. So far I have something like this: keychain-style light (very small/portable) EDC light (pocketable, semi-bright, good low modes) Bag light (slightly bigger EDC-type light, doesn't have to be as small, more powerful) Thrower (light to light up the yard outside at night, possibly go for outdoor walks, etc) Headlamp I'm more or less inventing use cases to justify the purchase of more lights, at this point. : ) I'm curious how other people would classify their flashlights in terms of roles.
