Dendrobium anosmum var. alba

My Dendrobium anosmum var. alba is blooming today out in the greenhouse with 7 canes blooming. It has already started this years cane growth with 11 emerging. I grow this one in a 6" clay pot in sphag moss. Grow it in bright light outside during late spring thru fall with heavy water and fertilizer. The canes are 40" to 45" long with the blooms on them. At Thanksgiving I stop watering, None, Not a Drop until the blooms emerge. When blooms starts and new growth emerge I start again with the heavy feed and water. Got this one by mistake from Oak Hill Nursery several years back. I order the regular type and they sent me an alba. I ain't mad!

Hope you enjoy.

David
