Tips for sunroom in Oklahoma?

I just had a guy from Southwest Builders come by today and take a measurement. I'm thinking of having them put in an attached sunroom that I would use as a greenhouse.

I'd like to know if any of y'all have any suggestions for things to include or to avoid, based on your experiences. It would be on the north side of the house and under the canopy of three mature oak trees. It would be a gable roof style with a brick knee wall. Pretty much all the other details are still pending so I'd love to hear from people that already have sunrooms.

My mother's in Tulsa gets really hot and cold but it has a low roof and isn't really used the way mine would be. But still, I know heating and cooling while keeping the humidity up would be my biggest concern at this point. Thanks for your inputs.
