Is "Luna White" Hibiscus moscheutos Native

Is "Luna White" hardy Hibiscus (probably Hibiscus moscheutos) a North American native, invasive or other? Any pollinator value?I saw them on sale in the bargain bin at Lowes, and am trying to decide whether they should be indoor house plants or outdoor plants.

I'm not a purist but I try to limit the non-natives I put in the ground to ones that I'm really in love with.

Hibiscus moscheutos is native to eastern North America as far north as NY and NH.

...and as such, this cultivar could be considered a 'nativar' I suppose.
