I figured it out. Seems like it's Symphoricarpos orbiculatus aka Coralberry, Indian currant, or Buckbrush

>>they are soooo good!!! Yes,..it might choke you a little. These things grow like weeds here,..got several my own seedlings, early ripening, are black right now. They might soon be recognized as a super fruit, for their healthy properties. I'm always looking out for these, something out of the ordinary sweet tasting chokecherry, ..this spring I grafted one from someone claiming it's sweet,..next year I might find out. If you have a sweet tasting one, I sure would love some scion.

Some kind of Lonicera, honeysuckle. Is this a bush or a vine, and did it have flowers on it as well? The only vining honeysuckle I know of offhand with leaves like that is Japanese honeysuckle, Lonicera japonica, a major invasive (and listed as a noxious weed by several states) threatening many areas in the northeastern US. I'm guessing this is one of the bush honeysuckles, though. Some of those are native and some are invasive (the three I'm familiar with from Indiana, L. morrowii, L. tartarica, and L. maackii, are all listed as noxious weeds by several states in New England), so things get more complicated. If you're lucky it's huckleberry. There is a tree form in eastern OK and western AR.
