This is not an Eastern Lubber. It is Schistocerca obscura (Fabricius). This species belongs to a group of especially strong fliers called "bird" grasshoppers. Its taste for certain valuable ornamental plants such as hibiscus often brings it into conflict with humans . I really just can't see pokeweed or kalanchoe in that picture so I'm going to go another way and say that it's Campanula rapunculoides.

1st is a Breynia, 2nd is some kind of variegated Poliscias / Aralia. 3rd is variegated Dizzygotheca elegantissima or False Aralia. I don't know the 4th, maybe a Ficus of some kind. Nice whatever it is. It's great that you've got them in what looks like somewhat fast draining mix, but I might have left them in plastic pots, so they don't dry out as fast. Great looking group, nice haul.

It looks like a sedge. Whether native or not depends on which species. When not already recognizable to the viewer individual grasses and sedges may often have to be figured out using details of the flowers (or seeds) and foliage as described in botanical references.
