Could be but these look different than the surrounding ones. The stem splits in to two stems at about 4-5 inches form the ground. None of them are blooming, maybe they are too young.

Now just looking for False Solomon's-Seal native to east coast. Star-Flowered False Solomon's-Seal(Smilacina stellatum / Maianthemum stellatum)

It looks like False Solomon's Seal, Maianthemum racemosum, although FSS has white flowers.

Epimedium and Japanese Painted Fern and some Asarum. On the North Side of my garage under a large Maple with Spruce and Pine 10ft away to the left. I forget the name of this bulb. I wish I had planted this sooner and in multiple areas. It spreads - reseeding? - nicely and does so in part shade. Lunaria with White Bleeding Heart. A line of spruce, a large London Plane tree 5ft away on the other side of that fence. The Lunaria reseeds well and often I have good size patches of it. Phlox subulata makes a pretty good groundcover. this is in about 3 hrs of sun a day. In deep shade from the house all morning and trees to the West start shading it in the afternoon. Although now that I think of it, aside from the great spring display, the rest of the season it doesn't look all that great. [g] Grey Dogwood. You can see how close that 50 year old Silver Maple is behind it and a large dense Taxus to the East of it. 'Ghost' fern under that Grey dogwood. 'Karmina' and 'Biokovo' Cranesbill, Nepeta ...Up against the house facing West with trees in the back that start shading this area about 2pm? And the house provides deep shade in the morning. About the same exposure as the Phlox subulata. Lamium is another ground cover in mostly shade. It always comes back but if I don't try to give it some supplemental water, it doesn't look this good. This is the dwarf Solomon's Seal that I mentioned, with a Hosta and Hellebore under a Japanese Maple. Barely sees sun. It's so cute. It flowers with those little white bells and it really spreads well too.
