Hairy, pinky, fungal swelling on Serviceberry

About one in three of my Amelanchier shrubs' berries are infested with something that swells them up generally over half their surface which erupts then with hollow papery capsules about 1 mm high and .1 mm across at 2 mm intervals across this hemisphere. The fruit bodies are filled with pink dust which I assume are spores. It seems an annual event just now as the fruit ripens. Does anyone know what it can be?

Dug around a bit more. It looks like Gymnosporangium clavipes, a juniper/quince rust. Thanks to all.
