Olgae is a great blue integrifolia with a slight floral fragrance and like most integrifolias it does flop but not an issue if guided through a plant it will provide any needed support.

I have been working on propagating clematis for the last few years. Some success but also some failures. Some just don't survive winter, even though I have an unheated greenhouse. Some of my failures were caused by the potting soil I used which was a mix of top soil, compost and perlite. It was too heavy, become compacted and retained too much moisture which caused roots to rot. This year I'm using a mix that 4-1-1-1 of fine bark, top soil compost and perlite or vermiculite. At the moment I have about 15 to 20 that successfully rooted and have been potted up. Several have some new shoots and or the original leaves are still green, but there are a handful of others that, despite having nice roots when potted, now look like a bare stick in the ground. I'll certainly let them over winter and see what they do in the spring. Interesting that you had some that seemed to put out shoots much later than others. How much later would you say that was? Makes me think I'll give mine a good amount to time before giving up. EDIT: I meant to mention this year I have all my cuttings on a heat mat. We'll see if that helps. SB
