Debi- I would love to help you identify your plants. I also live in zone 3 MN. (Brainerd). I believe I have most of what you describe, but would love to trade. How about Jack in the Pulpit? Please desribe this plant in more detail "Also a plant that gets to be 6-8 inches tall, leaved are not molted/spotted, I believe the flower is white or yellow, lots of these growing."

The orange lily is an Asiatic Daylily. They are common in gardens and have escaped all over the northeast US. They don't spread by seed. Instead you could just dig up a few plants making sure to get the root which is a tuber. The second plant looks like Queen Anne's Lace. The flowers will turn brown at which point you can cut the flower head and shake out lots of seeds. This is easy to grow, and in fact is probably srouting in your garden already. THe first year the plants grow a bit like a dandelion but with very lacy leaves. They flower in their second year of growth. The third is in the pea and bean (legume) family. I am not sure what species it is. The smaller yellow ones were probably Birdsfoot trefoil, which is an agricultural crop similar to alfalfa or clover that commonly escapes to grow wild. The vine sounds like a Morning Glory. There are many wild species. Jerusalem Artichoke is a wild sunflower and could be the plant you see. Ther are other similar species of wild sunflower too. I think all are great garden plants. They will spread so give them some room, but they are easy to grow and flower from July thru September. If you are searching for info on a plant, try a search enginer like Google. Go to Google.com and enter the name of the plant. You'll get thousands of pages for almost any plant as long as it is spelled correctly.

Very nice photos :o) I'm not good at identification with no books for reference but yes, #3 Garlic Mustard HAS TO GO... it is an EXTREMELY prolific alien invasive weed very difficult to control once it gets a foothold. This time of year it is easy to see from it's upright growth and flowers atop. Pull them from the lowest point possible. There is a "nub" at the base of the stem and if you get your fingers just below that nub the whole plant will come out roots and all. These things sew zillions of seeds so it's best to get them out now before the flowers go to seed. #4 & #27 are Jacks. Young jacks DO look like trilliums. #15 looks like very young jacks. #9 & #12 do look like Arrowood viburnum to me as well. #10 looked like false solomon's seal to me (thought I saw a flower bud at the distal end of the stalk. Did they flower underneath? #11 looks like a "cornus" (dogwood) species 14 is definitely real sololmon's seal by the flowers falling under the stalk. #19 and #22 both appear to be Sensitive Fern #26 Looks like plants I have in my window "Hawkweed". Mine are orange but there is also yellow. I like these very much but they aren't native here. I have them planted in the window boxes of my shed, in window planters on my house and in my front garden. #33. Wild violets as everyone else has said. Good luck with your identifications :o) Barb

No.2 is a bolted Brassica - kale, broccoli or similar i.e. it is one of your veggies, not a wild flower. The one with red veins looks like Clarkia unguiculata, Elegant Clarkia.
