I like Queen Anne's Lace in a wild meadow. Lovely. It was introduced more than 300 hundreds years ago. It escaped colonial gardens and became "naturalized".

It's native to Europe. It isn't native anywhere in the US. Naturalized and native are 2 different things.

It depends how strictly native you want to be. I'll plant stuff native to North America, but I find that it's kind of self limiting..stuff that evolved in my region tends to do better. Coreopsis Tinctoria, for instance. I love that plant..it's native to the US, but not my region. I have it, but it doesn't do that well for me.

BUT..it's still a native plant. No matter how many years QAL is here, it will never be a native plant.
