Arabis invested with Puccinia Monoica

It is just beginning to warm up a little here and I was checking on my various wildflowers and many of the young Arabis puberula (Silver rockcress) coming up have yellow tops and look like they are invested with Puccinia monoica (rust fungus).

I have seen this on many of the arabis plants in this area before, especially as they mature.

My question is, what should I do now? Do I need to destroy the small plants before they mature and spread or is there a treatment that can be given? My belief is once they are infected, not much can be done, but maybe someone here has more information or a link on how to handle this when the plants are just starting. So far the plants are just 1" - 2" high. Thanks for any help - Bruce
