Plymouth Creek Plant Swap Sept 12

Description: The Stewards for Greening Plymouth will host a plant swap on September 12, 4:30 - 6:30 pm at the Plymouth Creek Center parking lot. Bring plants that you'd like to share and pick up free plants being shared by others.

Participation requirements are simple. Place extra plants in pots and label them with their common names. Seeds and plantwares (pots, tools and the like) are also great swap items.

This is not an 'item for item' trade, just set up what you brought by your car and wander around to chat and pick up what you like. Anyone is welcome to attend for any amount of time!

Following the plant swap, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. joing the Hennepin County Master Gardeners in the Plymouth Creek Center Ballroom for a presentation. Karen Oberhauser from the University of Minnesota will discuss "Beneficial Insects: Gardening for Butterflies and Other Insects."
