If you just want to hide the fence, plant a row of tall shrubs in front of it. If you have more goals to achieve than just that, and want someone to apply thought to those things (like views) you'll need to supply photos that actually convey the space you are surrounding and screening. To do that, you would need to stand at the predominant location where you will view the perimeter of the yard where the fence is located. (I'm guessing this will be near the center, back of house.) Try to stand in a position where you can see as much of the total fence as possible. Face the camera toward the left-most position of the scene (try to capture even a little of the house so as to orient people to the scene.) While remaining in the exact same location, pivot the camera rightward and continue taking slightly overlapping pictures until you capture the last one (try to include a little of the house in it, too.) Post the individual pictures, not a panorama made of them. This will allow us to see the complete scene as you would, instead of just disjointed segments.

The blue curtains look good. MORE CURTAINS!!! In this case I would suggest a contrast color. The weird pock marks above the storm door seem to be from another curtain rod. By putting that fixture back up and having it wrap around in front of the door, that could look good:restoration effects. Not sure what color yet. but for each side of the door: Hanging wood beads for the win! That plant hanger would hide well , maybe some fake plants would be good decoration in the corners too, bright stuff, inorganic. DIY fake funky orange cactus in clay pots. It would match that biege color and contrast the blue curtains.

I think you mean you want to use the space now as extra storage and do something more permanent later. How about moving the buffet to the right side wall and using a tall folding screen to hide free standing shelves behind it in the alcove? Later on you can still use the shelving in the new pantry and move the buffet back to the center of the wall. The chrome wire ones are nice enough to use in the open in a kitchen. What’s on the other wall, opposite the buffet? Can it go there? Don’t see the need to use any drapes in that area.

If you want to remove them it will depend on what type of anchor they used, most likely by looking at the stem they used a wedge anchor this will not come out after it was tightened and if that's the case you would have to cut the stem off... If they used a sleeve anchor, sometimes you get lucky and you can take them out if they over-drilled the hole and you can grab a sleeve (not the stem) and pull it if the not same thing the stem would have to be cut... In any case, you would end up with a hole that would have to be filled and color-matched to each brick. If you want to save yourself all that trouble do what others suggested, use them to hang something or cover with some sort of wall ornament or put a decorative trellis in front, etc. Or plain trellis in front of it with some plant growing on it,
